Shipping and returns
Besos Scarves ships anywhere in the world for just €13 with UPS (depending on the where the package is being sent to). Shipping is totally free on all orders over €150.
At Besos Scarves we strive to provide the ultimate customer service experience. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, usually on the day you order it. As soon as we hand your order over to UPS, you will receive tracking information letting you know that your order is on its way.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can follow your order by going to the UPS Tracking system. You will receive a personalised tracking number and a link, which you can use to follow your package online, as soon as your order is shipped.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and admin fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to take it back and give you a full refund within 30 days. Christmas presents can be returned til January 25th 2017.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with labels still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately gift cards are not able to be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval (or otherwise) of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Besos ApS, Lahnsgade 67, 5000 Odense C, DENMARK.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Besos ApS, Lahnsgade 67, 5000 Odense C, DENMARK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
